All our Table Olives are hand picked, which is friendly for both the Olive Tree and the Olive itself.
Most of our transforming process is made by hand, following the multi millenium culture of harvesting and preparing Table Olives.
The season for fresh olives is from September through January.
These green olives originated in Tunisia, they posses a mild flavor on their own, so use them in a dish that perks up their flavor.
